Overview
Managing hundreds of applications directly from the WordPress admin created major operational and security challenges for the client. The backend interface was not designed for large-scale application processing, and giving employees full admin access increased both complexity and risk. To solve this, we developed a complete frontend application management dashboard that allows employees to securely manage submissions, track statuses, assign applications, generate PDFs, and send automated emails—all without accessing the WordPress admin panel. The system was successfully deployed across platforms using both Forminator and Gravity Forms.

The system was developed using custom WordPress plugins, Forminator APIs, Gravity Forms APIs, AJAX filtering systems, mPDF libraries, Brevo API integrations, and custom WordPress role management.
Advanced functionality including role-based access control, frontend application listings, PDF generation workflows, automated email delivery, activity tracking, and responsive operational interfaces was engineered to support high-volume real-world processing environments.
