The client’s immigration platform was generating hundreds of PDFs and documents every week, causing server storage to rapidly approach capacity limits. Since existing emails, downloads, and workflows depended on those files, deleting or manually managing them was not a viable solution.We developed a custom WordPress plugin that automatically migrates files from the local server to S3-compatible cloud storage without downtime. The system runs in the background, verifies file integrity before upload, monitors server load, and seamlessly redirects existing file URLs so nothing breaks during migration.
